Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using WayPoint's services. By booking a tour, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from WayPoint. Full payment or a deposit may be required to secure your booking.

2. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the tour start time. Cancellations within 48 hours may be charged up to 50% of the tour price. No-shows will be charged the full amount.

3. Liability

WayPoint acts as a licensed tour operator and is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage unless caused by our direct negligence. Participants are advised to have personal travel insurance.

4. Changes to Itinerary

WayPoint reserves the right to modify tour itineraries due to weather, safety, or operational reasons. We will notify guests and offer alternatives or refunds where applicable.

5. Conduct

All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward guides, local communities, and heritage sites. WayPoint reserves the right to remove any participant who endangers others or behaves inappropriately.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Saudi courts.
